Hi Matt--that's the downhill turn of Cement Ridge Rd following the check-in at the top of Cement Ridge. You'll climb up and and past it going north up the very steep climb from FR105 to the south, check at the top of Cement Ridge, then come back down to the southeast and follow Cement Ridge Rd. It is a short and steep descent with lots of rocks and erosion gullies until the sharp corner at the bottom. So definitely be careful there.
