I had the same problem. I put the wire back on and additionally secured it with a washer. Without the washer, the problem recurred. If all is well here at your place. Then the problem may be higher up, where the cable armor mount is - misalignment causes problems.
Hello there ! I own a volvo v40 d2 1.6 diesel 2014 exactly like yours ( except that you have newer infotainment, i have the smaller one ) and i saw that you can handle very good a volvo. I am 18 years, i just got the driver's license, but i got a problem on this car. My city is full of damaged roads and i try my best to always cross those bumps but since i am a beginner, i can't do much more :((( . My car started to have this ,,wrecking noise,, on the interior, like the seats are ripping off. I changed everything that means suspension, on every side, but my car keeps having this noise like my suspensions are damaged. Please, can you help me with a feedback ? Does your volvo also have this interior noise which is kinda annoying if you're not having any music or idk.. Thank you very much !!! I hope you'll read and understand my comment !
I have a similar Volvo V40 d2 2016. I have replaced both bearings that are mounted up between the shocks absorber and the car body. It was a squeaky noice everytime I was turning the stearing right or left. Hope this info may help you.
The sensor was just loose, I could make a video about it but that would just be a video of a guy pushing a little sensor in place, nothing else Just a quick reminder to check for loose Mass airflow sensors if you have the same symptoms
tow straps like this one are meant to carefully tow other cars. not pull them out off a ditch. that's why tow trucks use much stronger straps or steel cables.
Actually it's the opposite, a steel line or chain should be used for careful pulling because a snap during a a yank would be way more destructive, you want what's called a "recovery" strap, it's yellow and elastic. The elasticity actually aids in pulling out stuck vehicles

@@aggos1 good to hear that it’s fixed, if the problem comes back you might check if there is any corrosion on the blower motor/wires, sometimes they get moist from a leak and get stuck

She told me that while I was trying to save money and boasted that I was able to fix it, I lost money on a chicken breast. Then she went out into the yard and saw the cats watching her, she told me that they were waiting for dessert!!! She sent me to buy a roast chicken breast She'll probably make me look stupid in front of her friends and her family, what a shame. (I own a Toyota from 2015 and I have no problems with it)
