Bad days are just like pain. In life, they are a promise. They WILL happen. Suffering however is a CHOICE we make. Affirmations are feelgood bullshit at the end of the day. Here is an uncomfortable truth. When a bad day comes your way DECIDE it will be a good one and DO something to make it real. If you are anything like me and you get off on making people smile, then the decision will not be hard.

Being aware is highly underrated. We can’t really avoid the thousands of negative thoughts but being aware of their existence and nature, we can consciously focus on the here and now. I often think “I won’t ever be able to live from my business income as long as I have to work nearly full time to survive” although I know this is a limiting belief. When I become aware of that, I focus on the current task and just keep going.
Agreed! Awareness is truly the key. You're right - negative thoughts always find their way in, but how we respond to them can be an amazing tool in our favour once we can identity their frequency. Keep moving forward!
