Hello Bro, sa setup na yan, meron. :) nasa DPC5 sya. Though ibang iba na yung board ko ngayon. Di lang ako makapag video ng update. hehehe. Abangan nyo soon. hehe.
Do you know how to save the FAVE preset? I have even written to Disaster Area and they did not give me a solution, I have tried many ways and it does not save the changes 😢.
@@johannmunoz_gtroh. That switch. You can configure it on the setup menu. I think it's called "D FS". It will only work on Preset Mode. So you either choose Tap, Fave or additional preset.
I was looking someone in worship to use the CXM and now I found it! so its worth letting go the big sky for CXM? I like very much what im hearing on demos with the Cxm and I will buy one / thanks for answering ! be blessed
I am using Bigsky before and replaced it with CXM. I am happy and think it's worth it especially if you are using midi controller to easily access presets without scrolling thru other presets. I usually use simple reverb on BS, CXM has a better sounding basic reverb and can do more with quality tone! On the video above I am just using a subtle room. 😊 will try to upload covers where you can hear it more.
wow im so glad to hear that .. I had the chase bliss preamp mk 2 and im familiar how to operate the pedal ...but I will use next to my gig rig G3 who has plenty of midi @@ntm2704
Depende bro. Kung Vox lang talaga ginagamit mo sa Iridium, at hindi mo need ng IRs, then tingin ko sulit naman. :) Pero kung from time to time you want to use Fender or Marshall, I might stick with Iridium.
Hello bro. I am using JanRay on a low gain, most part ng song Jan Ray gamit ko. Then boost the gain with Del Mar sa Intrumental. For Shanks naman, I used it sa 2nd half ng song during bridge. Gain is around 11-12 o'clock.
It is not like the morningstar where you can assign a double-tap, Disaster Area only has functions for hold or 1 tap. So if you tap it twice, it will just on-off. :)
C always sounded better to me. Then B, then A. Clearly the IR matters. Not a big improvement with the Ruby, im surprised. I'll stick with the Iridium for now considering it gives me two other decent amps available. One of these days though a modeler pedal will compete with the Quad Cortex.
@@ntm2704 there is always a lot of critique you can have on these kind of videos, they remain always a bit subjective, but its clear that the UAFX pedals are not necessarily better. That said, I do like the simplicity and user friendliness of them. I have the dream 65 and an iridium too btw, but strangely enough reach for the UAFX more often.
@@tendingtropic7778 Have to agree with you on that. I am trying to sound it like the same. The Iridium with York IR were really a drastic change from the stock IRs. But the UAFX were simply better for me. More clear and has the character we're looking on an amplifier. Iridium were a bit processed and flatter EQ, makes it good, but not necessarily better. :)
