Actually judge Judy I disagree, I think it's a very easy choice to choose between a mate and a child. If a man said to me it's either me or my son I would send him packing and I would have no doubts about my decision! I wouldn't even have to think about it! I would always choose my child! Any man that tries to make a mother choose between himself and their child is no man worth spending any time with! Period!

Ok so on case #4 with the married couple and the video, what's to say the husband hasn't made a copy of this tape? Or for that matter anyone of them could have done so before this breakup! He was in his own home not bothering anyone the cops who took him in obviously were bored. If you can crack a beer in your own home you should be able to smoke a joint.
