I have now retired but when I was working, the Boat & Horses was always my go to place to stay when in the area on business. Beautifully appointed rooms, a well-stocked bar and very friendly staff….10 out of 10.
My Chihuahua/pug bosses all our pack AROUND!! 😅. But her most favorite to take walks with was our 130 pound Rottweiler/ Malamute/ Great Perenese!! Especially in the summer, she wiuld actually walk UNDER his belly!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I'm the same i dont agree with fishing either, iv just signed a petition where they are keeping hundreds of octopus in a little tank together in Japan where they keep them fresh in order to pull them out and kill them to eat😢😢so cruel, octopus are very clever and will be able to look out their tank and see them killing the other octopus, it's disturbing and needs to be stopped❤❤
Dont go it's full of ants and coackroaches and the rooms have bad repair jobs and look rundown. Reception staff are very rude and at times unhelpful. We had a family room which is on the 5th floor right under the pool and reception they played music so loud until 4 am after 2 days we requested to move to a different room. They didn't want to accommodate us at first. But they did in the end. I will say every room has a great views. This because the hotel Is so high up the hill trips to the beach required a taxi which to be fair are very cheap

Great review, I am actually in this hotel and can't believe it - the RioSol was my number ONE in Gran Canarie. I have been here three times before and never complained but it is my LAST TIME for 100%. I will never come back again - so many broken things, dirty, in very bad condition.
