I live in a hot environment where the tape does not work because of the heat summertime every year without fail is there a better way to mount the spoiler??
Once one comes out , it’s more easier to remove the other one using the empty space where the other came from - reach the clips through that open space
This is the best install guide on YT. Everyone else seems to be removing the mirror which is a needless risk to it accidentally breaking. I followed this guide for my G81 and had both caps removed and replaced in about 10mins. I was able to do it solo too. Great tutorial RW, keep up the good work. Would be good to see how you guys fit the MP style splitter to the G8X series!
WTF ??? . You NEVER tape any form of body mouldings on a car that is just a big no no. Heat exertion softens the adheaive on the tape and makes it so easy too remove . I hope that was a cheap spoiler . You should be using Upol Tigerseal not 3M Tape
To hood pin or not to hood pin... I honestly can not see how the OEM double latch could possibly fail on the track... and obviosly it looks better than hood pins.
