this happened because a PNS product (public information statement) for rainfall reports somehow got into NWR and randomly got read out of nowhere (which doesnt usually happen). these types of PNS products usually have a ton of locations that got X amount of rainfall/X amount of wind speed, etc. i have a video from nearly a year ago (jesus) of my experience of a wind report PNS being read on NWR: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-pccb3u04JyE.html
