Could you implement a feature allowing us to enable scoring for specific questions rather than applying it globally? I often encounter scenarios where scoring isn't necessary, such as when asking for job details or identifying attendees. This selective scoring would greatly enhance usability. Additionally, is it possible to adjust the PDF export function to produce more compact layouts? The current formatting significantly inflates the document size, turning what should be a 4-page report into 20 pages. I find the streamlined appearance achieved with checkboxes very appealing. It would be great if we could replicate this efficiency in our PDF outputs.

Hello well done for trying to tackle the waste mountains. I`m a UK event waste reduction specialist. I urge you to divert as many resources into reusables as possible, rather than fund more action around recycling. If you do this, I also recommend to invlove the waste team in every step so that the crews don`t lose their roles, but are redeployed to the washing and collection of reusables. The way forward is definitely with reusables rather than recycling. Adding water points and using refillable cups or refillable bottles will also save a massive amount of emissions. Particularly well done for having food waste separation. that`s the key to good recycling rates.

It's surprising if you train employees the right way the first time, they remember it and they stick to it. If your standards and expectations keep changing, your employees will just do what they think is best. SOPs provide both YOU and your staff the discipline to stay consistent with how things are done! Instead of telling them what needs to happen and why it needs to happen. You need to refer them to the SOP. If you don't have it in SOP form, then you can't hold them accountable to your policy. If the SOP does not exist, ask the employee to create it. When you have your SOP about “How to take orders from customers when the computer is down”, then you do not have to react to that situation and hurry up and instruct all the employees on what they should be doing, you just say, “go read the SOP”.
