Sir, Of the thousands who watch your videos, many are interested in the wood. I'm watching the sawmill, the shop, and the blade. Today's log is cutting clean and smooth; the wood should only go to the best woodworkers. Have you read about the Charter Oak, here in the States? Many shops had a piece off of that tree. I enjoyed another of your videos.
Sir, this log is the most challenging lumber you have cut. It is way more dense than many beechwood logs and may have cost you a blade. Be glad to get this wood out of the shop, and sell for firewood.
Seharusnya orang jepang hanya produksi mobil, sepeda motor, alat berat dan peralatan elektronik,,biarkan kami orang Indonesia yang mengolah berbagai keperluan kayu,,!!
From the lack of metal and the look of the bark, were these trees removed from a fire area? That would explain the dark stains in the center cracks if they were smoke damaged logs.
I've always wondered when watching your videos. Do the log slides backup a couple of mm before rolling the carriage back to the starting position for a new cut? I never see the blade knock the dust off the freshly cut surface of the logs.
This may have been suggested before, a tour of your operation would be most interesting. There is so much more going on behind the scenes than sawing wood. Thank you for considering. I do enjoy your videos and appreciate your hard work to make them available to your viewers. Have a great day!
Hi Mr Yoshihiro. Your elm tree is like U.S.A'S elm tree. I'm a retired firewood logger of 37 years. Our elm trees died in the early 1980s. I cut down a lot of elm trees. Great firewood. Wet or dry. We had some smell like " swamp odors." Orhers like "fresh leather." Your elm make beautiful slab wood. A " healthy" tree too. Thanks Mr. Yoshihiro. 😍😊😉👍❤️💜🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Sir, This is another log cutting clean and smooth. In one video, you showed us how you sharpen the blade. Everyone might want to see this again. That one cleanup cut saved the curly hard wood. It is careful work and good work.
Thanks for sharing this end cut process. Will your workers make round tables? How will you manage the cracking and splitting of the wood? Love the color!
Sir, This log cuts clean and smooth. For years I have wanted to know how a "Sycamore" tree would saw. Here in the States you will find these trees along city streets and parks, also schools. This is a water loving tree and this log may have dried for 3 years before cutting. Imagine one of these logs in a 10 foot diameter trunk. Legend has it that the sap is edible after cooking and turning into syrup. No, I have never seen a 10 foot diameter Sycamore tree.
Monzo wood is recognized by its rich, reddish brown or deep brown color. It is very hard and resistant to the passage of time. The wood is characterized by a lighter grain running through it. Its deep color becomes richer and deeper upon frequent use. Very interesting to see this different wood. Thank you Sir.
Thanks again for sharing your work. I really enjoy seeing the colors and grain of each log that you cut. I hope you are well and have a Blessed Spring and Summer.
