@@TiDriE how do you find this telescope? Is it stable? I was looking for the eq3pro mount with goto i think because finding deepsky objects manually is painful in my area with light pollution
@@TiDriE an explore firstlight 102mm refractor. Nothing special to most people but I love it. Doing untracked at the moment but i look forward to buying a mount when I can afford it. Your scope looks great!
@@olliecrabtree On this video it is my 1st setup. I now have an az eq6 with a 10" newtonian. You can check my videos, i also install it ;) I still have this 6" newt, it is a very good one !
But it is also a big problem with the wind ! And more complicated for collimation i find. Also more complicated to balance ! But for deepsky objects, it is amazing !!!

Its was crazy windy ! Unfortunately i can't see the entire moon through the scope :( i tried a focal reducer 0,5 but i can't focus anymore with the cam. Any ideas ?
I have the same focal reducer and he can to focus if you connect the camera directly to 2 ince adaptor without 1,25 adaptor from telescope (the camera is closer to the mirror). I don't know the body of 224 but 290 who i have it's ok, but again I can't see the entire moon with this telescope.
