I've seen a lot (I mean A LOT) of truck bed camping setups. This is tied for the best I've ever seen. Good utilization of space. Has everything you need and nothing you don't need. Very, very well done.

i bought a napier truck tent and am looking at this kind of project - but more modular - so it's easy to remove, install tent, put back in and have a great set up... i am intrigued by the idea of simply having a solar cell dedicated for a battery and not wiring the place up (that would be difficult with the tent)... summer project to be ready for fall hunting....

This is alright, but with a thick matress you loose access to most draws, some wasted space in the top left corner and there's no space for a fridge/cooler.

I like this design. Simple...yet effective. Might want to install some sealer material being the cap and the bed of your truck. I saw daylight.
