Hi! We’re just a couple 20 somethings from Atlanta trying to document our adventures as we go off road in Rey and Lemmy, our 2021 Sting Grey Jeep Gladiator and our 2022 High Velocity Jeep Wrangler.
What is Seeing Easy? Seeing Easy was an idea Emily had about what the two of us will accomplish together. It embodies all of the adventures we will have and everything we will see. It represents how, together, we will have even more fun doing the things we already enjoy doing.
To hear where the name came from, try pronouncing "C&E Z" (the initials for Collin and Emily Zimmerman).
I spent a lot of time on tray mountains in my younger days hunting. I lived for 65 yrs in White Co, retired and moved to Tn to be close to the grand kids.I enjoyed the video but these old ears had a hard time understanding what was being said over the music,
That's exciting! Nothing challenging that I recall, but it was a nice way for us to get off the interstate for a bit since we were passing through anyway.
Definitely recommend doing both as a weekend long excursion. It's some great camping along those trails! It's also only a couple hours from us so I can't wait to get back over there again sometime. Our friends in the 4runner had alot more experience in offroad/overland driving and it showed. We're obviously a Jeep house, but I'm not too proud to admit that Toyota makes vehicles that impress on the trails.
Thanks for posting this video of your south to north ride in your jeep. I've driven from north to south on this trail in a ZR2 and it was fun and somewhat challenging for me because I'm an absolutely new off road enthusiast. The ZR2 has more capabilities as a vehicle than I have as a new driver, but the ZR2 didn’t have any difficulties negotiating any thing that was on the trail. The next time I get on this trail I'm going to drive from south to north like you did. It took me approximately 4 hours driving very carefully on the trail and just to be "safe" I kept the ZR2 in four wheel drive.😅 Again, thanks for posting this video!
Being new is the first step to becoming an expert! Peters Mill a far drive for us, but I definitely want to get our other jeep up there someday. I can certainly appreciate that running a trail the opposite direction will present its own challenges.
Cool video. Just bought a home outside of Hayesville NC. Love the area. Will be moving up there soon. I've been exploring that area for about 30 years. Haven't been on that road yet. There is one I really like beyond that one. Keep driving up 75 North until you get to the Appalachian Trail crossing. Turn around and about 300 feet to your right is Wilks Rd. It is a rather long ride so start early. It takes you down to 75 A right at the tubing / zip line place you go by going north on 75. Really nice drive.
Thanks! We look forward to hitting more trails and sharing content we are constantly trying to find about some of the more and less travelled trails around the southeast!
