basically 2hrs a day training ? That's not world class. I do that without being a professional and holding a demanding full time job. GB will never rule with these baby training. Disappointing

Doing taekwondo as a kid made me a knockout artist in MMA, love jade jones and I think she is an inspiration not only to taekwondo fighters but fighters.
I am 13 and I am a 2nd degree black belt in taekwondo and I know the life of a taekwondo athlete. We too do a hard practice. Love the video. Can I ask you what was the purpose behind those tests that you gave?
i know the basics of the tests, the bleep test is for stamina and fitness, and the jump and bike test is to measure power, if you look them up on google im sure it will give a better meaning :)
Is this all provided by the government? or is this a local taekwondo school? cuz I have not seen any USA national team athletes train together. they just go back to their own local club to train.
How do you apply to train to be in the olympics for Tae Kwon Do? i'm a 3rd degree black belt and i'd absolutely love to try out but I don't know how to go about applying, any tips? :) i'd really appreciate it!
Steff im pretty sure to be able to go to the Olympics you have to enter a few comp hosted by the STA OR some taekwondo association to be recognized then they will offer you to go to the Olympics if your good enough
