This channel was created for anyone who enjoys the outdoors, overlanding, camping and off-roading. I started out with a 2017 Jeep JK Sport that we bought new, after about three years of the "Jeep" life we knew that it was something that we wanted to do more of so I traded the 17 Sport for a 15 Jeep Rubicon. After we got the Rubicon the way we did Off-road did not change that much but we felt more secure about going places. We live in southern IL so the Shawnee National Forest and Crab Orchard National Wildlife Refuge are in our back door. (Along with several state parks) Most of our trail rides are in these areas and include a lot of forest roads along with fire roads. Hope you enjoy the channel!
I just bought one for day trips and trail rides in my Jeep. I considered buying the insulated carry bag as I could use it to help with tying down. I'll wait to see how it does first.

I’m more concerned about performance and durability than having a bunch of extra features. (Dual zone, reversible door, etc). Nice to know this has served you well for two seasons.
This thing has been in the back of my Jeep for two years and bounced all over the place. I have never had a minute trouble with it. It holds the selected temperature in all weather.
Nice build sir! Was it hard to refit the wheels, and tires? I am thinking about a Harbor Freight build out, and would like to put highway rated tires, and wheels on it too. Thanks.
Thank you, I was worried about what to do for an axel and I got in touch with Scott at compactcampingstore.com he was able to build me a 3500 pound axel with the same bolt patter as the Jeep for a very fair price.
