I’m in the process of replacing all my brake lines and master. Thanks for the video

Nice work! One suggestion…scraping all the junk out with the toy shovel without putting the red cap back on the end of the line is a recipe for disaster. One chunk of crud in the main line will have you scratching your head for months trying for figure out why your rear brakes don’t work, until you reach the point of replacing the main line again out of despiration. Not a good day in veewee land.

Changing the plugs in my 2016 Camary was easier than expected. Had 119 thousand on them and they were a little gapped out but not bad, nice coffee brown over all. I did use a touch of dielectric grease on the end of the plug boot, torqued to 15 - 20 ft lbs. It did run better after the tune up

I enjoy doing it and was lucky that my dad was able to show me how to do it growing up. Thanks for watching and I'm glad you enjoyed it.

Its a fairly easy project, with all kinds of little problems and anoyances, i just did my 59 and going to convert to a dual circuit master with top mounted resevour fed from stock reservour, for ease of future brake fluid changes and maintance...

Usually means your master cylinder is toast. And not the good toast with jelly or jam either. Unless you mean it's not pushing it at a specific tire. Then there are a whole host of things it could be.

Thanks for the video. I don't understand why Toyota's always use metal in their cars that rusts up so easily. This car was barely 7 years old and the inside exhaust and brackets look like they are 40 years old. I noticed this same rusting on the inside brackets in the dash behind the audio head unit. For all the talk about how "reliable" and "well made" Toyotas are, their choice in metals is very subpar.

I don't know why either. I know here in the North East it's about every car 5 years or older. The salt gets them. The inside of a Toyota has always had a dashboard sound somewhere, it's a little better in their newer cars but I've been driving them my whole life starting with my 1985 Camry and they all had a little dashboard noise that you could never find or fix. Thanks for watching!

@@firsttrygarage I have a 2013 Camry, I live up in Canada and get my car rust profred every year. I think we salt the roads much more then any place in the U.S.A. I also spray my engine with Spray 9 cleaner after the winter and rinse it off. I keeps the rust under control. I can tell by looking at that engine bay, its never been cleaned. As for that air cleaner, it looks like its been in the car about four years, it should have been changed long ago. I use WIX Air Filters, they are even better then the OEM Toyota Ones.

I keep saying it was wired with an AC CDI. This Axon 50 was supposed to be wire with a DC CDI but someone switched it and you can't do that. So I swapped the AC CDI for a DC CDI. This fixed the spark problem which is basically all it really needed.

Good one. Got a laugh out of it. Cabin filter should be hanged every 30,000 miles.

Good vid. Your getting better. The cabin filter could be next. It would be great if it was really dirty so everyone could see how important it is to change regularly. And you could show how to clean the battery up to prevent discharge across the top. Keep up the good work.
