Dalot isn't at fault for the first goal. He can't chase down Brennan Johnson, he's too quick for him. The fault lies in Ugarte, Mazraoui and de Ligt in not breaking down van de Ven's run.
Martinez defended well? His mistake lead to the 2nd goal and it was a terrible mistake that threw his team under the bus. He's been poor all season. What is it with United fans and delusion of grandeur with Martinez How was Dalot responsible for all 3 goals? 5.7 for a really poor performance? Fernandes is below Dalot No one was above a 6. But Onana and Mazraoui are getting too much hate for their performances.
If Man Utd were clinical you'd win games? If the other teams were also clinical, would you still have won? You can't give every advantage to one side but not the other. If that was the case, Man United would win the PL this year.
I think possibly you've over done the match rating and give them a over what they were. Can't really say any1 in the whole team actually tried to put in any effort over the 1st half which is what you can rate them out of. 2nd half Spurs eased off gas so we were more comfortable and looks like we tried more when infact Spurs knew game was over so didn't go at us to be honest! Think whole squad would be 2, 3 or 4. Finding it hard to rate any1 highter to be fair. 🤷♂️
Another person noticed this, I said it after South game, if ETH continue with Dalot, he will get sacked, He dropped a master class against spurs, ETH 's mentality is spreading across the dressing room
It doesn’t help that this clown of a manager has him inverting all the time and has him playing every minute of every game in the last two years then that adds to his performances the lad is probably shagged out and low on confidence when engaging with his opponents
The biggest thing is that our attackers need to score. We can dominate them, but if we dont score its still a lost battle. Good vid admin! Keep them coming!
With regards to Eriksen; I think apart from his big mistake in Europe he has imo been very good especially compared to his play last year. I think I would love to see him play in Bruno’s spot, and although it might not be popular, drop Bruno back to play alongside Mainoo or Ugarte. Bruno covers so much of the pitch i would love to see him operate from a little farther back to find those passes.
The only issue I would have with that is how well Bruno can keep the ball, his pass accuracy hasn't been that high of late, and we all know he likes to try 'out there' passes so I don't know how confident I would be putting him in a deeper position where you need to be very accurate with your short passing, but could be interesting.
@@OldTruthford yea I get where your coming from. For me it’s kind of like a double edged sword because while ball retention might not be strong his vision is one of the best and I feel like having that whole field in front of him would be interesting. Now same could be said for Eriksen but I just don’t trust him defensively. Like you said, very interesting and also maybe moot because I can’t see Ten Hag doing it lol 😂
