Huh? This is the new tenants with their grandkids just sharing their moving in story and how they love their this new home. This house was long sold to them already, this just their update of new home. The selling video is 3 years ago and was conducted by the agent Nick only, no child at all in that video😂
Brother I think your videos are quite good, but the music is too heavy. Sounds like dubstep, abit hard to hear you while talk. Would be good if you could change the music to something more serene? I think when people watch home tour videos its should be more calming and relaxing, like walking in the beach... Just my #2cents
Okay hang on @twong6531 . That one 4th floor different facing. Transacted september 2023. Can compare to penthouse equivalent loft unit on 19 floor premium facing? Then ID also plays a role in the list of factors to place consideration on.
have to agree. $1.5mil for a well renovated penthouse seems a very good deal in today's market. 4.5m ceiling with loft! Probably need to find out whether fighter jets are flying above that area.
