Why did the "mother" give up custody to that guy ? Why did the "father" take custody of the boy if he didn't want him. Corey was failed by all involved obviously. I can’t believe Chad’s defense tried to push the idea that Chad had no idea Lori’s murdered children were buried in his backyard. But then, I suppose the defense didn’t have better options.
