This Big Mac sauce copycat recipe may or may not, according to some people, taste like the real thing. I LIKE THIS VERSION BETTER THAN THE ORIGINAL. This sauce in this video has a better flavor profile and is freshly made, and I think this is the best tasting homemade version. Some argue that French dressing is not in the original recipe; others say that Hollondaise is the key ingredient. I am not taking part in these arguments since I have no proven facts to back it up. My mother at 88 never ask for seconds even when she says the food is very good, however, these made her want seconds after a large thin pork chop. They were excellent - just right in flavor and so juicy!
Hi you did not say you need to mix the slap your mama with flour, or what the ratio is for the mix. FYI…… the slap your mama seasoning is very salty. So be care using it. Thanks
