It honestly was a missed opportunity to have this be the main menu and in other places you left off at the main menu is at that location then the camera pans out to where link left off
Did anyone else notice that the music is too fast, and 0.75 speed is closer to the actual tempo of the music in the game, or is that just me? 😂 Great video bud, love it!

i'd just like to say, i think i've watched this same video perhaps 100 times. during therapy, or times of stress, i often times use this video as a way to control my breathing and think more clearly & reflect, & i just wanted to say that :] thank u for the lovely videos!
It's so wild playing the game on the switch but never having headphones in. I never truly got to experience this music until listening to it on RU-vid. This is so damn peaceful.
I love that the children are the ones who remained in the village, since down feathers are much warmer than regular feathers (so younger rito who haven't shed into their adult feathers yet can withstand the blizzard a bit better than the adult rito!). At least that's my personal headcanon lol
i never played much nintendo after N64, GameCube, GameBoy, and DS. my partner at the time tried BoTW but it didn't really seem to have the same sense of adventure and complexity as Windwaker (to me.) however, it's aesthetically extremely appealing, so i appreciate you posting these (well-framed!) ambience videos! i particularly enjoy how the music isn't repetitive and how we get a long timelapse of things changing, and the generally active nighttime environment. using this as something to put in the background that's both nature-y but also lively while i study math!
These goddamn kids have no idea how good they have it. Complaining about the lag time and slow frame rate when they have it actually beautifully. Stop complaining and start excercising gratefulness!!!!!
5 years later, and I'm still obsessed with all of these videos. I'd like to humbly suggest the view from Revali's Landing platform, specifically facing the small jump off point to the North towards the Flight Range and Sha Warvo shrine. I love that you can still see some of the village houses to the left, along with the snowy area off in the distance ♥
As a kid I always pictured that the world of wind waker was a peaceful and (if you knew what you were doing) calm existence. Like good example that island with the fancy hut, remove the door and his cut outs and just live there. No need to leave and if you do then you can just go to forest haven and get berries or something so you're not always eating fish you always have the sunrise and sunset (that little island has a wall on the east side if I remember but you can climb that shizz)........ Mmmmm what i wouldn't give to live in that world ❤
