All of the robots in South Australia are pretty good but not as good as this in our auto we only place the preloads on the backboard and we never have any time to get any more. Robot is always a guaranteed 30 points from plane and 20 points from suspending. And can only get around 10 to 15 pixels on a backboard most but most games will only get around 100 to 150 points per match.
hi im blue's hp! if you mean during auto, im stacking the pixels with the sides touching so i can place pairs with one hand and use my other hand to give signals :D
Hi guys I’ve seen this since it came out and I really like your robot! Very effective design without being too complicated, I’ve seen some robots that are too complicated for the team and end up losing matches since they can’t master this to drive the robot. Thanks for the video my team is 21518 by the way keep making these videos and I’ll keep watching!
Hello again, I am the coach of the Bellport High School team in Long Island NY. We are team 12889. We really like your robot design and we were wondering if your claw arm moves vertically with the linear lift or if it is stationary. If it is stationary, won't that prevent you from stacking higher?
How do you pivot the slides, with what mechanism? We, TNT 18766, have a similar robot style but when pivoting the slides, the robot shakes a significant amount, mostly the slides though.
whats the highest can it go? also with only one pixel pick up, not sure if full trips to pick up areas will yield a competent total. Its a very stable and solid design for sure
