Who made the wires so crookedly, then they intersect passing through each other? In Russia, they are crossed by raising all the wires high above the power lines.
Oh yeah because having bare HV Lines cross each other with what seems like a few inches off distance is totally a good idea... Installing a setup like this is asking for linemen having to reset reclosures or replace blown cutouts on a weekly basis. This can only be a 7200V distribution so they could easily cross that street with an underground cable
