As a school teacher, we need more parents like you . . . supportively coaching their kids yet also giving them space to do things independently. Rawson is going to have a huge leg-up on his peers; resiliency is a lost art.
Why did I skate? It was first getting popular and evolving so quickly where I grew up. I started in San Diego before any VGs or any videos were released. My first rollerblading video was Mad Beef. Louie Zamora went to the same high school as me and it was just awesome. Now I just watch, even though I do own a pair of skates. I think I would try it again if I had people to skate with. There's my story n8. Keep up the solid work my man!
I will never understand why parents let the chinstrap hang at the kids collarbones. That helmet is gonna fly right off his head when he hits the ground. Please teach your kids to use safety equipment properly.
@@Onlywhenimblading if you can take it right off with your hands, it can fly off doing a fall. The chin strap is there for a reason, and it’s not to look pretty. The point is to keep the helmet snug and secure on your head doing impact. It essentially works like a seatbelt in a car. If the seatbelt does not fit snugly and keep you against the seat, you would fly right out under impact. The helmet is the seat, the chinstrap is the seatbelt.
@@richskater lmao! You got him on the fakie . That’s a good one to work on next. I think riding up the ramp fakie will be the hardest part! Always enjoy the comments man 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
