1:23:38 You seem to have misunderstood the board. King Boo is in both of these rooms. At the start of the board there are five dead end rooms. King Boo can be found in three of those rooms at the same time. Until the star is bought King Boo will not leave that room even if he is found in another dead end room. If someone finds him but cannot afford the star you will see his location on the map, however you can still find King Boo in one of the two other dead end rooms that are not Pitfalls. In this case if you had have declined the star, you could can have gone all the way down to the bottom left and bought the star from that room instead. From the moment you find the second Pitfall chamber (not including chambers that used to have King Boo in) you will know that all remaining dead end rooms have King Boo inside.
