This kind of work doesn't have a price.. One time, falling 20 feet and above . While you are falling the only thing it's going to go thrue your mind. It's not the money. it's your kids and wife and the regret of this kind of job. My brother in law 10 years of experience manford lost his life on July 14, 2023, in Texas. He fell 40 feet. He was going early in the morning on his shift like he always did walking in a safe place . While he was walking. There was a piece missing, and he fell inside. He left 2 like kids 1 with autism and her little prices 5 yearl old. That she still confused and had to grow up knowing that she's not going to see daddy anymore. She's still confused thinking daddy is still working or working with the Angels like he now tells her in her sweet dreams. She could now hug his daddy on his dreams and now loves night 🌙 times because she nows daddy comes and plays with her on her dreams.

Don't blame the women. Men need to step up!!! They are saying if they can do a man's job and support a family. What do they need you for, if they got bigger underwear. They are excited about the hardwork too.
I am a female service plumber, I find the opposite is true for me. I have literally been told by peers, managers, and dispatch staff that they aren't worried about me being the one who did something wrong :P I demonstrate a great deal of care for the work I do, the wants and needs of the customer and the reputation of my company.
I usually respond with: Then mow the damn lawn! My boyfriend and I have a fun back and forth with that. he tells me to do the dishes, I tell him to mow the damn lawn. He tells me to fold the laundry, I tell him "Don't you have a thermostat to guard with your life?" Just give it right back.
Thank you for this video. I recently graduated from a youth apprenticeship program and was enrolled in the electrical program which was really fun and educational. This video made me feel more confident on finding a job with these skills. Leaving high school with an electrical background vs people who enter the trade with no experience is a big plus.
It is absolutely a huge plus! We're glad the video resonated with you so much! If you need help finding employment, please feel free to visit www.careerstarter.byf.org and we will gladly help to get you connected!
Why wouldn’t he stand on the pan and throw it, why did he stand on the 2 bars? Why does he need to make life harder for himself? Is he just trying to look like a builder when he’s a fake ass builder?
I work with cuplock. As soon as I get my 1st board wood or metal up i stand on it and throw the rest of em. Some people just don't have the balance to stand on just one lol.
Welding programs are common in high schools and even some middle schools have programs where students can get experience! Being safe and learning from someone who knows what to do are the biggest parts. Learning can start even younger thanks to virtual reality tools that allow students to learn the basics without the need for live welding torches.
@@Christianmendez-ig8xg That's great too! Many people look to skilled trades like welding if they decide they need a career change. You don't need to start right out of high school, you have a lot of freedom and flexibility about when and how to jump into the industry!

Find out if there is a career and technical education (CTE) program at your school or in your community for construction! Not only can you start working toward building skills for a career, but research shows that taking hands-on courses like carpentry or welding helps you enjoy school more and stay more engaged! Not everyone learns best the same way, so try not to kick yourself if you're struggling. Don't hesitate to meet with a guidance counselor as they can be a great resource to help you research career options and find classes at your school that best fit you.
I'm 15 and subtly being forced to think about my future because my friends my age seem to have their entire lives planned for them, whereas I don't even know what I want to be. I'm pretty sure it'd be something like architecture, construction, demolition, civil engineering, etc, but I'm having a hard time nailing it down to a specific job. I just want to either design things, build and repair things, break things, or manage other people doing those things for me. Wish me luck
