Do you know what model it is? The only way to be sure is to read the serial number tag on it.

That 3 point hitch is a factory option on the 982. I know you can buy a after market cat 0 3 point hitch kit but there rather expensive

Correct the 582 and 482 are IH built and the rest are CCC built

We used automotive grade base clear paint. IH 2150 crosses to PPG 71310/DuPont 96766

If you can weld you should be able to fabricate something up. Looks like a basic 3point on this Cub.

I'm interested in the home made 3 point hitch. It looks like you used the rock shaft/arms from a deck lift assembly? Do you have anymore info or pictures on that project?

I have a 1250 hydro. (It's yellow) ,I would love to get it running and do this. Oh and just my opinion but it's a free country and one can paint it any color. I love the ih red!

Thanks. Actually mine is a international harvester but as far as I can tell always been cub yellow. The old gentleman I got it from though it was a 1975 model. I have to much personal stuff to do but hopefully in the near future I can work on it, just need to get motor running again and replace the relief valves in the transmission. I like the look of his but I will keep mine cub yellow.
