I love how they really give this a fancy name of “phone banking”. When it is basically cold call / Spam phone calls. I have a friend that “was” volunteering & “phone banking” for a certain 3rd-party wacko, that just dropped out race. And she said 99% of the people do not pick up. It just goes right to voicemail. (Aka Spam)
I guess no of his succesful clients wanted to talk to Stephen for a reason: public exposure. Almost every ex-gay who goes to conversion therapy for themselves, is someone who doesn´t want to share publicly his sexual impulses as he doesn't agree with them. I don't think no one should conclude that there aren't cases of sucessful conversion just because no clients wanted to speak publicly about it. Most of them may carry heterosexual lives, and exposing their hidden sexual orientation might destroy their current lives status quo.
This was my favorite area of Convergence Station, there are other great areas but this idea was so brilliant. Thanks for the Upload! I wish I'd recorded any of the Convergence Station but I've only filmed Vegas.
@@DanGonzalesDenver The main C street feels like a fun one, especially a sweeping shot from the upper walkway. You could do a youtube short of that junk area with all the music equipment playing which is one I kick myself for not recording lol. I wouldn't mind a general strolling video through the forest area though I need to check all of your videos. Shrine of Clean was already my specific desire because I was describing it to friends and realized there was very little I could reference of it online. If I were to be more selfish I guess I'd ask if your longer forms could be formatted more for TV/Computer and the vertical format used as tasters in shorts. It's what I do on my own channel just because I kinda like having peripheral vision. I can't remember if Convergence Station has any Wide open areas like the wasteland but I do use my own Omega Mart Wastelands video as background noise on a secondary screen sometimes. If you wanted to get really ambitious I'd suggest including the darkride at the nearby theme park and just creating a series of zones. Though don't push yourself too much, I still haven't done any darkride POV's on my own channel because I get self conscious on rides even when the parks allow filming. I also wasn't sure if you were aiming for a MeowWolf themed channel or not, I think we may be similar in subscribers and style.
@@Jspider56 yeah 100% agree about going horizontal for viewd in wide open areas if i do a C-Street or Numina video. The ride at Elitches is on my radar, especially if the park closes to move after the current season, its super important that ride be documented.
I was super blown away until 0:29 when I saw the people. Until then, I thought I was looking at an absolutely phenomenal diorama, and camera work to match.😆
Thanks, I know there's a lot of fans and "researchers" who for reasons can't actually visit a meow wolf location. So I wanted to create something for those folks to enjoy. I live walking distance from Denver and have an annual pass , so I'll be doing more walkthroughs of other rooms.
It's very telling how calm and polite Dr. Nicolosi stood while the interviewer tried to provoke him and was very arrogant towards the end. He knows that he's right and knows about all the people he has helped, so he can only slightly smile when confronted with this kind of sarcastic ignorance. His books were a great help for me, I was really on the path downwards because of my SSA when I first discovered them, and even though he's not with us anymore, he changed my life to the better. This man is a hero to so many men.
This clip has such a bias and did not in any really way show what Dr. Joseph Niccolosi has done with patients. He went in with a negative view and only showed one small clip. There are so many of us that have gained and been helped in this therapy. Disgusting journalism.
From 8'40" Stephen Fry confess the reason of his homosexuality. He talks about his parents and give us the universal model of homosexuality. Joseph Nicolosi is completely right and his lectures have helped me and many other men suffering from attachment trauma. If you want to have fun with your highly sexulialized complex post traumatic stress responses, keep going. If you want to evolve and not be a slave of this fetish (yes, it is a fetish) you should search for the right therapist /therapy.
Stephen Fry drinks the rainbow Kool aid and is part of the depopulation agenda , Nobody is born gay , people are made gay. I and other ex gays are here and we're not going away. Because of cowards like Stephen Fry we have been silenced and made invisible because we no longer aligned with the homosexual ideologies and agendas $$$$$$$$$
Dan, thanks for posting this, great video and not many resources and experiences about this exam, so really appreciate you posting this. I've been in practice a good while now and have taken (too many) certification exams in my career. One thing that struck me about this exam is the 2 hour time limit. 60 seconds per question seems a bit tight to me. My question is did you feel tight on time or was the material direct and straight-forward enough that the time wasn't an issue. The time limits for the CCS and CCCA seem much more generous. Let me know your thoughts when you have a moment, thanks!
sorry for the delayed response. I didn't run into a time crunch on CDT, in fact I was able to review all my answers and still had at least half an hour to spare at the end. Yes the study guide has some very lengthy "scenario" type questions that take a long time to read, maybe that's worrying you? I think the scenario type questions are useful to study and learn with but they aren't reflective of the actual exam. The study guide scenarios are still valuable to practice because they teach you the "correct way to think" for the test. as for CCCA those questions are more complex and I often had to re-read them several times, so I feel the increased time for CCCA is justified.
Oh Stephen darling that little cat nearly scratched your eyes out when you told him that he could be mistaken for metrosexual man, one can only wonder what he says to women who are TOMBOYS ( LEZ BE FRIENDS).
Of all of the "ex-gay" operations, NARTH blew up with the smokiest scandal. Their chief fundraiser, George Rekers, who would go the churches, speaking their language, getting them to write fat donations, was caught with his hand in the cookie jar. Rekers went on gay cruises in the company of male escorts. So much for being "healed" of homosexual desires.
The "doctor" is a self-hating closet case. His "reasoning" is full of sh*t. Not one of the poor guys he sees are "changed." I am enraged that this charlatan used the name of Aquinas, one of the most logical minds in history, to support his psychological abuse.
There’s absolutely no gay people in my Christian high school but I still don’t know what is wrong with it if God makes you that way 🤷♀️also this man looks like Sherlock Holmes big brother 😮
Homosexuality became completely politicized and normalized. Sadly. The arrogance of those who insist it's genetic is truly irritating. They know nothing about it except what the mob has told them. Yet they act like they have all the definitive answers. None of what they say adds up however
Do people honestly believe that he couldn't find a single client success story? Or is it more likely that the show producers have an agenda, wouldn't allow him to present someone who would counter their obvious narrative, and then played it off like the Dr was a fraud?
Professor J Michael Bailey asked Nicolosi to bring his successful cases to his lab at Northwestern University where he would test their arousal responses. Nicolosi never responded.
It's mostly that shows which follow this agenda will, as soon as they find a client, try to twist his words in a way that it seems he wasn't healed. They also often try to manipulate them back into a gay identity. This can be very emotionally troubling or lead to a reliving of the old traumas which caused the same sex attraction, that's why hardly anybody is willing to give interviews about it. Also keep in mind that these stories are very intimate and personal, so logically most people don't want to share them with the whole world. There are however several testimonies of people detailing how they made it out of the homosexual lifestyle on the internet.
As a heterosexual man, I say to everyone: love whomever you want, love whomever you are attracted to. You get one life, embrace your sexuality, embrace your love-life.
This Fry guy is pitiful. A bipolar, depressed old homossexual, in a self-defeating journey to hear people say things he wants to hear about his sad sexual condition. Who then finds it pertinent, and perhaps even CLEVER, to make a HOMOPHOBIC remark on an educated and well-mannered family man who is just empathetically giving him pieces of truth. As a little boy I would prefer a thousand times to identify with a man like Nicolosi than with a man like Fry. In the end Fry even recognises he is particularly fond of his mom and had a strained relationship with his father... Sad.
Everything she's saying means "I love my son and want what's best for him", but I can't help but to hear undertones of "the gayness has to go away no matter what".
Ok... But what if he's right and Fry is wrong? I mean ... He was right about fry's father, fry even admits it then just resorts to more cheap rhetoric to skirt the real discussion.. I mean in the face of this doc talking about the evidence fry basically responds with "your gay" lol. I thought this guy was all about science and reason or is that only when it suits him
@@lucasinthehouse007 You're not even a good liar! Nicholosi passed away in 2017, and he was happily married to a lovely wife and had wonderful children who are continuing his practice. You pro homosexual bigots are so determined to further a perversion comment but you have to lie in order to do so.
