For the shuffling of resources, in one of the latest streams that question was asked. They said that you can shuffle your resources at any time, however if they are exhausted or ready, then their card state must not change. So you can have 2 separate piles for shuffling, but they can't mix.
Not that I’m aware of but they haven’t gotten their official numbers yet. However I basically run the game there for them so I shouldn’t have any issue
If this is the power level of the rares how good will the legendaries be? Or will they all be as bad as Krayt Dragon. FFG is doing the same thing WOTC does, put a crappy red mythic rare in each set, 🤣.
Totally disagree with your take on Bounty Hunter Crew being C Tier. With limited event options in draft, and limited removal cards, being able to get those events back is insane in limited play. Played against an opponent doing Blue Yellow Villian. She used BHC to play removal again and again… and again. Combined with Lando Calrissian it was just brutal. BHC is a B Tier card at worst in draft play, maybe even A Tier in combo with other cards.
Totally disagree with Chewbacca on the C tier for draft. He dominates in draft play - extremely difficult to remove and becomes a bigger baseball bat the more he is damaged, which happens often in draft play without him being removed from the table. In draft he will easily trade 3 or 4 cards for his one, huge value. He is A tier, B tier at worst.
If I ever pull a Showcase leader, I will play that leader forever. Even 15 sets from now. If I pull two Showcase leaders, then I can play Twin Suns forever.
Just started listening to the episode this is Eric W. Thanks for the shout out. Oliver is going to love it. Congrats on the great run bummer you couldn't stick around and finish it
This is FA1TH. Thank you for listening, it was great to get to chat at the event. I was happy (and lucky) to get as far as I did. Hopefully I will see you guys at the next event, or at one of the upcoming Store showdowns! Keep up the great gameplay Oliver!
As someone who has most only drafted this game so far, I think I agree pretty much across the board. Your top pick is my favorite hero even. Great video.
I honestly really dislike ultimate statements like "noone is playing yellow heroism" - what do you mean "no-one"? Sabine Cunning is an awesome deck and can bring results in. This comes off like you are speaking from a very limited viewpoint of your local scene.
No I am not talking local scene I take that from all the events that happen online or in person at large events. Sabine green is the best aggro deck and cheaper then cunning so most folks won’t play cunning Sabine.
Psyched for the two background bounty hunters from ESB that got left out of Spark--and two of my favorite background characters--4-LOM and Zuckuss. Also we finally get TUSKENS!! Another cool background character that hasn't gotten much love since the old Decipher Star Wars ccg in the 90s. Grogu looks potentially VERY threatening from a control/lockdown perspective, especially in concert with Mando protecting him. The Bounty trait looks interesting certainly. Haven't really seen or heard anything about Smuggling, I think FFG is keeping that one under wraps for now. As for the printing issue, prices are spiking BADLY and I think it's just a matter of time before you see base set cards running in excess of $100 or more, especially Vader and possibly Boba (though he has a long way to go to match Vader, as Boba is still running only about $65 from what I've seen). I am kind of ticked that FFG isn't doing another large print run, that REALLY screws over the people who want to crack boxes and take a shot at getting legendaries and showcases, or get a large base of commons/uncommons/rares to build multiple decks. I've also noticed that the only ones who seem to have boxes left are the freaking SCALPERS on Ebay, which hacks me off to no end!! If FFG isn't careful they will end up going down the MTG road which would be VERY bad and would only end up rewarding the whales and the scalpers, and they would end up losing their primary constituent players, the workaday joes (and their kids) who don't have thousands to drop on try-hard competitive decks. To be fair, I am building Leia, Boba and Iden with all the spendy cards, but it's going to take me months to build them right and I probably won't play them very much except in events. However, I would also like to build some other decks that maybe DON'T cost me an entire freaking month's salary to put together...btw sorry for the long rant ;) Great video.
