Guys, for anyone writing good stuff about his company I gotta disappoint you. His company is just a big scam. People are ordering and getting their stuff after months or returning stuff and never getting a refund even after months while ignoring all the mails and calls. If I could spit in their face I would. I've been waiting 2 weeks and the order hasen't even been shipped yet.
Considering that this is probably one of the best and confident pitches I have ever seen across the Canadian, Aussie, US , UK and Indian versions of the show, I was very surprised to see him getting only 1 offer. At some point you have to trust your instincts on the character and grit of a person rather than financial metrics, every time, and the sharks failed to do that, having acknowledged and admired Ben as a person.
They really are a bunch of thieves and con artists...zero risk mindset for max gain....the guy is screaming for help and they rip him off 35% gave him a fully secured loan against stock...this is why UK is dying.

His questions were specific and the fact that he mentioned “I know you like honesty” made me realise that he has some knowledge about autism and understanding of challenges autistic people face when communicating with neurotypicals.
I don’t think so somehow maybe they have to show a little bit more patience towards the entrepreneur but a business is still a business you don’t want to lose an investment.

He earned that trust money before and after he got it. For me this highlights why inheritance is so much better being released when the person is older rather than straight away. Ben went through the hard yards that made him humble but also developed him and gave him drive. He was able to make the most of the money if he got it when was younger it very well may have made his problems worse.
This is good, but calling this the best pitch ever on the show is nonsense. It's not even top3 and showcases a lack of knowledge about other Dragon's Den episodes from your part. And then, I noticed that this video was published by you and not the official Dragons' Den or BBC YT channels. That makes much more sense as the reason for that overly confident title. I mean, who other than yourself is going to call this the best pitch ever on the show?
There’s no need to be so savage to somebody who is extremely inspiring and refreshingly straight & honest with the Dragons. The balance sheet was, of course, of great concern; however he remained confident, trustworthy and solid when it came to answering the questions. Let the company rejoice and enjoy the moment. I am just completely against what the title represents. As I find it not only clickbait, (which I don't really mind too much, I usually just dislike the video and keep doing what I'm doing) but also the sense of superiority and arrogance that somebody must have to make such a statement after a tv show that has been active for shy of 20 years. And to be clear I am not talking about balance sheet or any of that. I am purely talking about his whole pitch, how he presented the company when he got the opportunity to have all those 5 important people shut up and listen to him for x amount of time.

His trust fund wasn’t released to him until he become of age and he said there was a gap in the care system so for example I imagine he became homeless between 16 and 18 for him to end up in young offenders. Some trust funds are released at 18 and others at 21 depending on what way things are left so that’s probably how he ended up in the vulnerable position before he was able to have access to the money
