Crazy to think that all we really are is just brains , sure flesh and bones, but really what functions our part of our bodies is our muscles and nerves (and I guess some more) but this video is pretty similar to how if you try to keep your hand perfectly still, it's just not possible because second buy second you can feel your fingers move slightly even when it isn't your brain sending commands.
