I agree with your statement on video settings. I prefer to play games at the highest video fidelity my pc can muster, sadly in games like pubg that puts you at a big disadvantage to sweats that nerf the graphics settings so they can see you more easily.
All those who cheats, even if it's just a matter of adjusting settings, aren't real gamer. Just cheaters. It's sad, but you encounter them in any type of game...
At each end of the outfit you can find how to put all the accessories, you just put the mask on, go in bed and put all the accesories (hat,glasses), then jump out of the bed and the ski mask should appear.
Last time they added the Christmas stuff with the snow on December 19, 2019 and ran until January 5, 2020, so maybe in a week or half a week they will added it. I hope :D
