Motul products would appear to be quality but the jury is out as to whether these type if things actually make any difference. I would tend to think not, in most scenarios. I had one laying about my workshop and used it when I changed the oil on my car recently.

From what I can tell 300V has a high molybdenum content. Mostly likely Molybdenum Disulfide. The sulfide "sticks" to the metal engine parts and the molybdenum is very slippery. If the oil film does break down, then the molybdenum will prevent direct metal-on-metal contact.
The music was so loud I could barely hear the guy. Had to turn on closed captions to read what he was saying. Basically, NGEN is a plant based engine oil that uses natural esters. This technology is also used in their 300V racing motor oil.
