It was supposed to be uploaded as a genuine question honestly. Whilst I don’t exactly watch speedruns of this game. I’ve never seen him drop to 0 stamina so quickly, especially on extreme difficulty. But I’m glad people are able to come and enjoy the video nonetheless.
I’ve not left the vault suit the entire time. And I’ve never once in literally any of my playthroughs. Been given the quest that brings me to the clothing upgrades by the railroad. I’m like a plastic slingshot instead of a glass canon, and this area likes to house raiders with giant explosives. On top of it. Pretty much every piece of armour was crappy leather armour that either gave me more shots in VATS or increased my AP refresh speed. It also wouldn’t have been the first time this playthrough I died due to this kid running away from the mission objective. So on the surface I may be level 102. But taking my entire build, outfit, arsenal and difficulty. I’m more like a level 20 vault dweller.
What I was actually doing was trying to place the pillow even more on top of his head. But pressed X on his shoulder instead. I already accidentally sandman killed Deacon this playthrough.
Sorry this is probably a bulkier answer than you’re expecting but I didn’t know which level you meant so I’ll answer all I think you could mean. I’m on the ground floor of the building, I don’t remember what it’s name is, but there’s a store and a protectron station in the basement level, and I only found that raider and maybe another in that area above. I’m playing on survival difficulty, and to me every minute feels like an hour as I move forward without saving so I couldn’t give you an accurate answer to when I last saved. And I was roughly level 102 here. Slight edit. The building was the one where you get the pipe grenade launcher from the creation club stuff.
I love how I knew exactly what this was when I saw the thumbnail, and yes you are fucking correct. As a kid this moment made me freeze for about 5 minutes before deciding to move on. The dogs whimpering when they drag their legs after being shot was also upsetting. Great game.
I love how pure muscle memory brought me exactly where I wanted to go out of pure nostalgia. I wanted the jumpscare at the gate and my fingers took me exactly there. Granted there aren’t many ways to go but it was quite amazing to my brain.
That one was a little before my time sadly. But with the remake reminding me that this game here is indeed not the first in the franchise (not even one of the first 3 depending on who you ask) I most definitely gotta go even further back and give them a try myself before a sequel to the newest one ever becomes a thing.
I practically never go there unless I’m doing Nick stuff or buying the Rockville Slugger. So I highly doubt it. I ported my save over and I started at vault 88 and made my way to University point for a brotherhood mission before starting the new PS5 stuff. So I was somewhere inbetween there. After I died and respawned I found the kid in the fridge. And there were plenty of mattresses inbetween. It wasn’t as much as a “oh no I’ve lost hours and hours of progress” as much as the title suggests. “I simply forgot there are gaps in the road” What’s even more funny is I pressed the jumped button just a split second too late sadly. So there was no saving my own stupidity.
Bethesda in particular, with their 20 year old game engine. For example look at RDR2 compared to the silly puppet on strings bethesda games ragdoll. Heck, Starfield went backwards with their "new" engine, which is the same old, but somehow patched up, but worse.
PS5 version! I had either tranq’d or knocked out every other guy. One had woken up and called for back up as I was getting the last dog tag of the area. And then this happened.
