Good to see the restaurant GM and FD working together for a great video. Whenever I call a business to schedule an inspection, they freak out because they fear I'm there to sharpen my pencil and write tickets. I explain to them that I'm there to educate and explain what needs to be corrected. Many folks don't even realize they are in violation of the fire codes. If they ignore correction orders, then we start getting a little squirrely about it.
