hi I hope you are well. I visited your (Lil Bebe Academy) youtube channel and I subscribed to the channel. This is a very nice channel and It has very good video content. But However, during my exploration, I came across several issues that I believe need attention. I am a RU-vid expert If you give me permission, I will share some information to increase your channel. Then you get lots of subscribe and views Can I suggest growing your RU-vid channel?
Thank you for your advice. Right now I need guidance from God because I'm going through exhaustion and burnout. I'm praying to God to show me a sign. I'm 55 years old, live in Montreal and work in a daycare. At this point, I feel like I need a change and I'm seeking guidance and advice. I know God will provide me an answer. It's just a matter of time and trust in the Lord Jesus Christ 🙏 stay safe, God bless you ❤🙏
@@Lara-bn5fp 💛I am a believer too and I know he will give you the answer. Stay still and listen to his quiet answer. I am 51 and have been pivoting to a slower, calmer way of life- your life matters more that the stress of the job. I know your answer is coming soon. I wish you all the very best and perhaps, you will venture to own your business model.
Congratulations 🎉 and welcome 🤗 I’d love to hear how the children enjoy your farm and the many activities you implement from your experiences. Again big congrats on being a home child care provider 🥰
Thank you, and welcome in. A thousand congratulations on being a wonderful provider for 33years that’s very exciting and it shows your commitment to young children 🥰🤩
Thank you. 😍, yes I do. During Covid we didn’t but, we started back last year. We do it from June - August. Did you know some museums offer discounted membership if you take families with subsidy? We got our children’s museum pass for only $25 and I could also put another daycare provider or family member on the year membership - 🤩 Do you go take yours on field trips?
@@LilBebeAcademy You're welcome and that's great! I didn't realize museums offered that type of discount. I don't own a daycare but I love seeing the creativity that some home daycare owners have. I love it, very inspiring.
Beautiful daycare space! I run an in home daycare as well and I love it! it's been 4 years since I've opened. Sometimes I think about uploading my daycare progress on youtube
Thank you and congratulations on your daycare business. I am sure many educators will benefit from your progress. Please show your work, your rhythm and flow - it’s beautiful to see other happy providers on the platform. 🥰
wow i love love your environment you have set it up with so much love and thought. it flows beautifully and i love how you can do indoor outdoor at the same time. in the main area do you use one of the tables for meals just clear off and then have meals then reset for activities. and do the older children sleep in main play area. sorry for all the questions. i am a family day care educator from Australia working with 4 children a day under school age. i have just found you on socials and will be following you on your journey. have a beautiful day
Howdy 🇦🇺 Thanks so much. I serve 6 children 15months /18months - 4 and sometimes 5 years old. We sleep, eat, play and do a lot in this small space. Yes we clear the table and eat meals in this room. It’s constant cleaning and setting up activities but thats the life of daycare providers 😁. They sleep on cots (not sure if that’s what you use there). I place the cots around the room for 5 kids and in my office sleeps the youngest child (in a pack n play) Welcome in and thanks so much for sharing and asking and staying with us on our journey 😍
Thank you & Congratulations on opening your daycare. I wish you the very best, having a detailed handbook and contract of your operations will help you a lot. We have such big hearts and so much love to give children 🥰
Happy New Year and many thanks Deborah. Congratulations 🎉on starting your daycare, it’s a very rewarding field. Many blessings for 2024 and may you get the children you dream of in your business. 🤩
Very fun space. I finally uploaded my minimalist daycare space video. I go for a more minimalist approach but definitely have room for improvements, especially as I am.nature based too
Oh yeah!! This one hit me with my very first daycare class!! I poured all I had into them and it hurt that I wouldn’t see them day to day, BUT it got better. I’m hoping each year we say good bye to these kids it gets a little better because I feel you for sure!
Kenya, I agree it gets easier over the years and then they are times when it hits hard. I wish I had her longer than 3 months - this little one was a keeper in my heart ❤ The life of Daycare Providers ☀️
I understand. When I began in 2012 I had a friend from 10 mos to 3 1/2. They were moving out of state. it hurt my heart so bad I asked my husband to walk them out. I couldn't bear to see him walk down the driveway for good.
Ohh sis! I know how much this hurts, she is such a blessing and a beautiful girl. It’s always hard to say goodbye to the ones that brings so much love and light. Sending lots of hugs 😔😘
Aww I had this late last month. I had a little one, 2 years, 4 months, and she was only with me for 5 months but she was such a sweetie. It was hard to say goodbye.
❤ - Those short stints with the sweet ones jolts our heart for sure. It’s very hard to say goodbye - 5months was short but I’m sure impactful 🤩 (hugs as we share parallel experiences)
No, Charlotte 🩷left from July, I had her from she was 3 months until 4 years old - I loved on her for many years. This little one that left yesterday, I only had since August - December, only 3 months ❤️🩹
i love this my sister. I changed up to the traditional preschool vibe with the ABC 123 and I feel like such a traitor lol. BUT!!!! I will still teach in a way that reflects my love for learning naturally.
Ahhh, You definitely can incorporate both ☺️and the children are always happy to guide us. Put your own spin on how you see them learn and all will bloom 🌸
Do you do any mentoring? I have had my day care for 12 years. I am so in love with everything you are presenting in these videos. I have a hard time connecting with the other providers local to me. That is the reason for my question.
Ahhh, thank you n so much. I love meeting other providers who’ve been in the field for so many years. I do mentor and would love to connect with you😍 LilBebeAcademy@gmail.com
COVID is on the rise in my area. I was very energetic but tested positive after having a raspy voice and a sore throat - October 2023. The quarantine time is 5 days, however, I continued to wear mask and take precautions.
This (painters drop cloth), I got from Harbor Freight. Home Depot or any hardware/ paint supply shop should have them. They come in different sizes too, so you can chose the one for your table or floor. 😊
Your place is a magical learning environment that fosters curiosity, yet order & continuity...It flows very well! You are so lucky to have the outside area at direct access. I am a Montessori certified Teacher that implements Waldorf and Reggio in my at home learning environment. I have been open for 16 years with a large license. Before I was an assistant director at a Montessori center and during college I was a Nanny.
☀️ Liza, thank you! You’re fortunate to have the Montessori training and ability to blend pedagogies - truly beautiful. Congratulations on your larger license and 16 years of serving young minds. Thank you for your kindness 🥰
Hello! 👋🏾I am a FCC Provider and i have been doing this for years. It’s the best teacher hack ever 🥰 The children are busy with their bodies eating and their attention is on the book, so many opportunities for meal conversations and literacy!
🧡🤩 It’s so good connecting with other FCC providers; learning our daily rhythms + methods 😁. Congrats on serving the beautiful children for so many years 🌿
