All airlines will have things to improve as no airline in the world will meet everyone specific needs (even the ‘best airline’ to you. .. ie too cold too warm. FYI SQ do provide blankets and these are standard economy seats. You want more legroom, upgrade to business or first class. Most importantly is everyone reach their destination safe.
Agree. But it’s much more pleasant to fly with good service and on a good plane. I flew to Singapore several times with Singapore Airlines and unfortunately they were not always as good as I would have liked. P.S This flight was good for me and my family. I think next time you'll fly with British Airlines on the A380. What can you say about this? Is it worth it?
Yeah i did fly SQ early last year from London to S'pore but ever since then I have been flying Cathay Pacific since last year and early this year London to Hong Kong return and Hong Kong to Singapore return. I am spending 3 weeks in HK and 4 weeks in SG. I have to say i do prefer the Cathay service over Singapore Airlines. Small details like ear pods that did not work very well really annoyed. Cathay gives real head sets and yeah i did prefer Cathay's food and snacks. I do miss when Singapore Airlines gave hot towels ... sad that they don't
Thanks a lot! I haven't flown with Cathay yet, but there are plans to fly to Hong Kong. I was thinking about flying from Qatar to the A380. Or would Cathay be better? What do you recommend?
@@AviationFin I mean if they all together weigh below the maximum weight limit, then, obviously, it should be no problem. Mine came up to 13 kilos when I was allowed only up to 7. I was charged 110 AUD cause I had a mix of international and domestic flights. Melbourne takes the weight requirement seriously.
