The police have now admitted that I did not injure any of my falcons with a jet wash but after my case against the police was stopped as the judge shockingly refused to allow my expert witnesses as he said I had run out of time due to my solicitor ignoring my instructions. The cameras and time were set up in summer time by Barry Young and I do not know how to alter it. The time is 52 minutes fast which can be affirmed by the IPhone videos that I took as I was filming the same situation using two different camera methods. I was not aware that the police were going to lie about me allegedly jet washing my aviaries. I was bullied and threatened by the police so I was in a heightened state of stress especially when my falcons began to suffer and become injured. I was wrongly told that I had committed many offensives to control me and the RSPCA various Council officials were on their way to support the police. I was in turmoil and fear that my falcons were going to be seized due to false charges or die. We have them in Wales aswell as they have in England and all over the UK but its Wales and Scottish ones share the same land terrain so should be a much more alike. The Cook report was a fabrication & set up a few people. They offered large incentives & lured people in to commit crimes just to get a story.
