Who else remembers back in the day going to 34s, Walter Payton’s club, and Coyote’s in Schaumburg and Hurricane’s in Elmhurst, and the Music Box on the south side of the Windy City and the American club downtown ?? : )
Wowwww and to think we over east side used to Gang Bang to house music back then. Mostly fist fights and u live to see another day. Even though I got shot in 1985:it was still all good. I remember having to cross dat line at 75th & exchange wit my momma. You no momma didn't know what you into, but you did get a pass with family. I'm from 75th n COLES BARNONE family. And my mom's go all across Kingston COLFAX Essex in Terror Town but I get passes with my mom's. Only other time I'm on that side was GANGBANGIN or when 12 drop the GD's off over there. But it was fun.
hahahahaahh....i use to watch this right after High school and they were smart because the time slot was between 4-5, so they gave you time to hang and chill with your friends before getting home in time, strategic timing.
