Mmcx has different sizes in the connector? Because i don't know which cable to buy since it would not fit with that mmcx, and the link that you shared (the mmcx connector link) shows the price by "1P" but I don't know if it mean that it's just one piece of connector or it's a pair of connectors
Hi sdaudiohive, i have a pair of sony xba 3 earphone, but one of the mmcx female is broken, its not connecting to the male from the cable, basically no sound. also the plactic housing is all rigid and broken, instead of changin the female mmcx, is there any way for me to solder it directly to the cables without mmcx?
I feel that the screw part fixed by instant glue is not stable enough, and may be torn apart during use. The MMCX socket is not stable either. The final product "looks" good, but fragile.
I am trying to repair my chu since one side stopped working. While I was soldering the wires, the circular plate on top of the driver ('MOONDROP' is written in the plate) with the solder pads came off. How can I make the connection now?
As the headphone itself is great but the cable not, I wonder if it is duable to 'upgrade' it with a MMCX connectors. Than the cable will always be detachable.
I still have a E500PTH, it also still works. but the wires are stiff and getting a bit brittle after 18 years, but other then that they still sound and work fine. I wish I could find parts, but I can't find any.... If someone knows where to find them especially the foam/silicon please let me know...
I actually have the KZ ZS3E, which seems like a far worse version of the regular ZS3. After watching this teardown I am definitely switching up the drivers.
That 90's trance sample in the background is super annoying and makes this an unbearable experience. That said. It's annoying because i love MDMA and i want you to shut up so i can hear it.
Why the hell can't I find a new shell for the 846? Even in your document there's no link for it and there's not thing on Aliexpress. Did they stop making them?!
if you get the thinner barrel mmcx connectors they screw right in. no dremmel required. you just have to solder to the connector first and be careful when you screw it in
Hi bro , can you do a video on how to convert these AKG from type c to the 3.5mm jack ? There are plenty of wires in the cable so it's confusing . PS . I don't wanna use an adapter . Thank you sir
Have you had any damage to the wires where they connect to the jack? Whenever I braid my cables I make a few braids and then clamp the cable instead of the jack. Very informative video.
