So.. Yesterday i done RFA + foam sclerotherapy.. I got multiple holes... How long it will take to cover up.And.. I am an Athlete when I can start to do sprint ,jump and high intensity training.
I had Endovenous Lasers Ablation Therapy (EVLT) together with Transluminal Occlusion of Perforators (TRLOP) and after a necessary eight week gap by Ultrasound Foam Guided Sclerotherapy in 2018 at a specialist vein clinic in London. Best money I ever spent and haven’t looked back since. I did not need any after care whatsoever. I must add, I was in compression bandaging for three weeks afterwards and was instructed to not take this off whatever I did. It was very comfortable and I had no problems at all. I wonder if this clinic works on small perforator veins ? I doubt it.
Is this procedure temporary? I hate to go through all of this just to have worse problems a few years later. What is the point!? It doesn't cure it!? I've heard of people having worse issues after. And if evlt does this.. why have to go through a phelebectomy?
It can be permanent. But aftercare is VERY important. Also, correcting the deeper veins are important as well. Change in diet and exercise can give great results.

No amount of potions or lotions will cure a leg ulcer. If it is venous then the underlying cause needs to be treated with the appropriate procedures by a vein specialist working together with an Interventional Radiologist. Please forget all of this snake oil rubbish.
