Not the best plan, Three adjoining pie-shaped lots with the houses all bunched together at the skinny points. The point of having a large lot is so that your living and entertainment areas are as far as possible from your neighbors. Most of the wide-open area of this lot is all grass. To water and mow. Oh heck no.
If the interior of this home was painted WHITE with maybe a slight Gloss to the paint the home would Stand out more interior wise also the dark floors would bounce off the white walls giving the illusion that the home is way bigger then what it actually is... just my opinion :)
