Well done admin. There's one challenge i have with using the chalmit, i was told to show the shadow during my lighting calclations but i couldn't. Can you help me out on that?
I am not a customer of Hubbell, but had a bryant furnace installed in Dec of 2018. Furnace works as anticipated, very quiet. My issue is with the Evolution Thermostat. This youtube infomercial states that sensors are apart from the thermostat itself. This is not the case in 2018 with model STSTXBBECC01-B. According to Kim at Customer relations ( 1-800-428-4326) there is a sensor in the thermostat that "observes" human activity. My thermostat returned to Away mode when activity was not sensed, causing the thermostat to rise to the set temp. (False positive) The away feature hast to be turned off in the service menu to prevent this error. My installer and the tech that arrive to take care of the problem did not know how this feature worked, nor how to disable it.
