The Green Zone is relatively save for this map, but both the Blue, and Red Zones are on totally different levels (not to mention the surface area). On this map you need to stock up on spare tames.
I’m not sure what you mean about out of whack settings.. the only setting I touched was the harvesting rate is 1.5 times, so it is slightly quicker than official.. thanks for liking the vids :)
Normally you would have to increase the harvest health as well otherwise you only get one resource at a time. Like if I go to mine a metal rock with a pick, it’ll be random if you get stone or rock. If both harvest resource/health are both increased at the same time. You would get both stone and metal at the same time. Also you’d get more metal too. It’s weird to try and explain sorry lol but I can tell by how much resources you’re getting on the left side of your UI. The way you’re receiving resources compared to if both resources/health gained were to be at normal. Sorry if I don’t make sense lol
Makes sense what you’re saying :). I just don’t want to increase the yield as I don’t want it to be easier, just slightly quicker as I’m not in a tribe. The way I think about it, is there is “x” amount of chance you will harvest something, so it is the same chance per swing as it always is.. although I don’t get many swings per target, over hitting multiple nodes I should still get the same percentages of resources, just at higher quantities
Why are your tames and mine mostly the same 😅 Tamed also a second today and i attempted a yi ling and its not fun at all but after a couple sets of flake i got 3 tamed sadly all female😢 They are not worth the trouble to be honest But i must do it at least one time more 😮💨 to breed
I’m not sure sorry. I would doubt it though, as they would struggle following the parents flying around.. much like how no other flyers have babies either

I wasn’t sure the steggo was much better than manual tools for wood but I definitely started using it for thatch in this episode.. I was just doing it while I was waiting for it to tame
I know how you feel i finally found and tamed a cosmo 125 It was the first one i ever saw in my singleplayerworld😅 The funny thing is i dont think i missed any I mean i use awesome spyglass with the outlines on all the time 😅
Ravager is a real game changer, and it might have a rare gene trait. You can get bleed damage with a pack bonus, so you might want to tame another ravager. Ps. You will probably have to get Gene Scanner, since traits are a real game changer (learning all new stuff might be hard, but it's really worthwhile).
With regards to your ovis, when you were preparing to leave your base you dropped your berries. When you did so, you used "ber" in the search bar to show just the berries then hit the drop all button. The problem is that on a-ber-ration, a-ber-rant creatures will also match the "ber" search. On this map, you need to use "berry" to search for berries to drop, otherwise you'll drop any aberrant creatures. I made the same mistake myself.
I moved today finally Now im right on the edge to the blue zone and have metal behind my base crystal a rock throw away and on of the surfacecaves around the corner😊

I could be wrong but I think you need the full blueprint path of the creature instead of the class code.. I don’t remember but I think I had to do that for mine in the video?

One thing dont put seeds you need in the bulbdog It will eat it if no other food is in its inventar I wanted to move too but after a little scout on the ravager i didnt Because Yi jing are everywhere in the forest
Btw do you get any server hickup message logging in your world I had the super cryo mod installed and got a message for brain_slug and Tek_stryder (funny since they are not even in the game yet) After removing the mod the messages stopped so i was curious if dino depot has the same issue
Tamed a level 75 and 60 male/female combo of ravagers (breed them only for safeisch metal runs until i move to my baselocation) yesterday also i upgraded to a 150 doedi and a 135 stego oh and i tamed a iguanodon 130 all just out my frontdoor Btw on the edge above your base is crystal if you go up your stairs and go right to end (wall left of you) there are a bunch of crystals
The base spot that I was recommending is on latitude 35.6, and longitude 62.4, but you can check it out yourself if you like it. It's rich in resources, has a lot of free space, and there is a surface entrance near it. Taming a Bear is a real game changer, since it's a really fast, strong, can gather Berries, Hide, or Chitin, and it has good weight stat. Now you will only have to do some leveling up to ride your creatures.
Great minds 😂 I legit just tamed a male & female high level earlier today! After being slaughtered by them a bunch of times I figured they had to be good and boy oh boy mine did not disappoint 👌👌👌

One thing about the stego it doesnt fit under the metalconstruct 😅😅 Build a way over it today myself to get my stego in and out And you found the river rocks way sooner than i Needed 4 hours and 30 minutes to get it
So i started today complet fresh played 5 hours and didnt crash once I mean i got killed on spawn by a level 100 raptor but after respawning i tamed a moschi (85) build my base by the lake under the portal area, tamed a stego (100) and dodi (50) so it was a succesful day for me 😊 Btw i build right were you are but i build slightly more creative I dont like it to build a box as first base 😅
