I went over your discord and there are very interesting information, but I am trying to figure out how you made this nRF52840 connect to the 3dconnection app via Arduino IDE? Can you please share a part of the code that does that? or maybe reference to a project that has an example.
i am using 3d hall sensors space mouse uses optical psd sensors. V2 the mechanical design is new and close to spacemouse and placement of sensors is better
@@ItisImarko the sensor what space mouse used are known as 1d PSD sensors and they are not cheap in small quantity and sourcing them is a challenge as the availability is non existent
@@DoTheDiy Thanks!! Very nice encoder! I was hoping that it was some "off the shelf" spare parts genious collage, but being and enconder + no filament detector, was an impossible dream. Anyways, way smaller and nicer looking than the BTT enconder... :D Where can be bought?
That is pretty awesome. I just got the Enterprise model and absolutely love it, but I wouldn't mind building one of my own at some point just for the fun of it.
i can simulate the keys, but i dont have a use case for all those buttons so i will not enhance the design, The main challenge was the 6 dof that is what i wanted to achieve , rest all is piece of cake

Hi, can you please answer my questions, I will be very grateful, I'm also trying to build stripping and cutting machine, but getting confused like 1. Which mechanism are you using for cutting & stripping, what changes did you do because the cutting & stripping action is very fast compared to your earlier version 2. Are you using v shape blades for cutting & is it stepper motor or servo motor which is used for cutting mechanism. 3. Even the wire pulling is very fast, which mechanism is used and are you using nema 17 or nema 23 for this, does it have one stepper motor for wire pulling or multiple. 4. At what voltage these steppers are running at and there are multiple nema motors available which parameters are most important Thanks for solving my query
I had the same issue. You need to dismantle whole camera to get to the board with the wheel. However disassembly of the this tiny rotary element require advanced equipment and skills and still there is high probability that you will damage it during resoldering or soldering back. Instead I have dipped whole board in isopropanol, left for few minutes and turned multiple times when it was immersed.
If you had the station u will know. Once it enters standby->sleep then u have to reboot to make it work again, and this happens quite often when i work for long time as station keeps going in idle state i have to do this on/off to get along with my work. The genius at Weller could not give the resume feature via using the existing button on the unit. i cannot wait 2 sec when i am working on something so i always do quick on/off. Anyways i do not care much about the station when i compare with the recent Chinese clones flooding the market which offer superior quality at very little premium price. when you do not implement power-on reset (PoR) properly this will happen.
