Solid sounding amps. I wish they were constructed better. The first and only one I have worked on told me that they're disposable amps. You can buy another one for about what it would cost to repair one between labor of tearing the entire thing apart to replace whichever board needs to be replaced in it.
Just sold mine (binding). It sounds ok, but the neck has a strange fat V shape I didn’t like, and the nut was too high. Other than that, it was ok. Big plus - no neck dive! I have also one of the early V100, i would never ever sell it!
Wilkinson did really well . My les paul has the strongest pickups, but I once had a v 100 with a sweet kneck pickup that I can't seem to replicate soundwise and I'm pretty sure the sustain on those things are realy realy good
Seeing people play guitar is so weird when you yhink of the muscles in your hands and the fact he doesnt look down that much, the memorisation is crazy. My dad played guitar professionally qnd he tried to teach me but he ma me try some super splayed chord and i quit since thne but you play really well and with good improv, nice! 🗣️🔥🔥
I think the gio sounds great especially when you played it clean and in Àfrica that's all we care about..clean without any feedback..A friend wants to sell me his(same model) and i think I'd get it..thanks for this video😊
There isn’t too much difference in the sound at all, well through a phone anyway. What is miles better is the feel of the T7 neck blows any Mexican tele out of the water. Feels premium
Don’t worry mate, it’s a great guitar for the money and i’m sure they are all different! The basics are there just throw on a set of locking tuners and if needed a neck pickup and you’re golden 🙏🙌🏻
The last original amplifier from Marshall was the JVM when Jim was still with us. They mostly rely on reissue and overseas amplifiers. The 20 watt studio series are lightweight amplifiers based on JCM800 - Jubilee - JTM and MKII Plexi. The new CEO did say they want to have some signature amplifiers again. The original Slash - Kerry King - Lemmy- Joe Satriani and Zakk Wylde amplifiers were always in limited Production/short runs. I would like to see old school amplifiers with standup transformers and basic 1 or 2 channel tube amplifiers. Maybe a JCM800 2204 or 50 watt JMP or Jubilee would be nice. Marshall is an Iconic Brand - Stay Tuned - They might surprise us in the near future
Pfft. The LC50 II is SO MUCH better. Better build quality (chassis & cabinet), sounds better, easier to calibrate power tubes. Spend a buck, get the LC50II.
That may be true a decade+ from now, but Sires hold their value very well at the moment. The guitars that hold their value the worst are expensive guitars that you buy new, whether it be American Fenders, PRS, or Gibson. Sires are low-mid range priced guitars, so even buying brand new and selling you're going to lose less than $200. RIP to my PRS CE 24 that I'm losing over a grand on.
It's pronounced Ka - Sha - Suh. It's the Brazilian national alcoholic beverage. In Portugal it's Buh - Gah - Sue, written Bagaço it's the Portuguese national alcoholic beverage. Anyway, I don't do hard drugs and alcohol, contrary to the nowledge of most is a hard drug, you can die from ingesting too much booze, you go into an alcoholic coma and it's over. I had a great uncle who made a stupid bet that he could drink a bottle of Macieira (which literally means Apple Tree) in one shot. Now Macieira is a brandy, very tasty but 43% alcohol or 86 proof and he hadn't even finished the bottle he got about 2/3 of the way and went into an alcoholic coma from the shock and he later died.
I own all three of these amps 5, 20, and 50. They all sound like whatever guitar I play through them. Great amps for pedals and all alone plug and play. The sound in this video doesn’t do them justice. I like these amps because they sound old school. Can’t beat the price either.
Kind of funny this guitar is rediscovered. I live in germany, so naturally I’d seen it a lot of years ago at Thomann. Sadly I allowed a friend of mine to talk it out of my mind. I promise you, the prices started at around 180€/200$ lol
Thanks for watching 😃 I (Danny) was very surprised when I advertised it for sale how many people were interested in it, like you said it’s a €200 guitar which has appreciated nicely (250-320ish). I imagine it‘s due to the accurate shape and being a good mod platform for Hetfield enthusiasts! Prost 🥃
@@V1T091 absolutely, I’ve seen a guy selling one for about 270€ right now… maybe this weekend imma plan a little roadtrip to the north of Germany with my better half to check out the region and the guitar. 🥃
