Thanks for sharing your opinion. We disagree, for KLM’s Premium Comfort you can find some really good deals that aren’t that much more than Economy fares. And in that case you get quite good value for your money.
Thanks for the question! No the lounge access is not included in the Premium Comfort ticket. You can purchase entrance at the lounge desk with cash or miles (entry may be restricted during peak times).
Excellent video. Unfortunately, instead of modernising the new cabin, they had a setback. I say this because in the previous cabin of the 777-300 and the 380, if the front seat reclined, you as a passenger did not bother you, however in this new configuration, it is annoying that the front seat reclined.
Thanks for the lovely review! 😊 Indeed, Main Course looks really sad and not tasty. The cheese plate is a joke! I still laugh about the one single grape! 😂 But unfortunatly KLM is not well known for high quality catering. They try their best, but they are just not able to present lovely food.
Thanks for your comment! The KLM Business Class F&B service is generally good in our opinion, but nothing too fancy indeed. And the cheese plate was indeed not their best effort!
Did you go through Hong Kong immigration then China immigration at the same time or did have to do a transfer in Shenzhen and go through China immigration there?
Thanks for your question. You can find the info on parking on their website. It’s also recommended to check the package including parking. www.ibisschipholamsterdamairport.com/the-hotel/airport-shuttle-park-sleep-and-fly-parking/
The pitch is somewhat bigger, but the wall is blocking the area that normally under the seat in front. So for tall people it might not be the best seat.
Thanks for your question. As it’s quite some time ago that we were traveling on this train were not entirely sure how toilets can be found here. Maybe some of our subscribers/viewers can help us out? 😊
Thanks for your response..how about seat 15 ? One seat ahead of yours.. will the view be blocked by wings and have heavy engine noise ? Or should I consider 18,19,20 ?
Row 16 was perfect for us. Row 15 wouldn’t make a different noise wise I would say. View is also not so much different. I advise row 16 or 18-19-20 is also fine!
Nice video! One question, were you able to fully recline with your seat? Or did the seat stop? The seat seems great because of the privacy and curtain.
Ill be flying with saudi from abu dhabi to toronto with a 15 hour stay at Jeddah. Can i use the lounge for 15 hours and how much would it cost? Does the lounge have sleeping areas?
Thanks for your question. Access to the lounge is free if you’re flying Business / First Class. Select frequent flyers also get free access. It is possible to buy access at the desk, but not online. According to the information on Saudia’s website the prices start at € 30 per person. Access for non Business / First pax / members may be restricted when busy. The lounge does not offer sleeping pods, but there is a relaxing area with a bit more privacy. It could also be an option to consider the Aerotel Jeddah hotel (opposite the lounge).
Thanks! Yes, you can bring luggage just like when traveling by plane. We’re not 100% exactly what the allowance is though. But many people brought a bag or suitcase. Bagage can be stored above the seats or at the entrance of every compartment.
@InsideFlyerOfficial if I shoot a video of the bridge crossing, am I better off with the rear view of the tracks or a side view from the mirror departing St. Louis?
Yes. We also reviewed the old product. The new Premium Economy is a big improvement if you ask us! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-TiYPjNlJ4Z0.htmlsi=7C3wgyzNDkJJOHpy
