i swear ive dyed my hair soo many times and its still healthy. It also helps when researching the best products for you and your hair type. I use creme of nature and my hair is so soft and healthy. i did cut it earlier this year so it is quite short but i havent really had any breakage because of the products i use. I used creme of nature dye to dye mine without bleaching and omg the outcome was amazing. I hope this helps lol if u haven't already dyed your hair
