At Reel Hazardous we produce fishing, diving, hunting, and comedy videos. We also provide tips for more successful trips in the outdoors as well produce videos that test some fishing myths. We upload videos each Friday hunting and fishing for species such as Whitetail Deer, Hogs, Wahoo, Kingfish, Flounder, Trout, Bass, etc. We're called Reel Hazardous because anything and everything seems to happen in the outdoors. But not only are the outdoors hazardous, they can also be very comical. We don't just produce videos of our hunts and fishing trips but also videos that show the comedy of the outdoors. We appreciate that God has allowed us to spend time in his creation and we want to share this with you. If you like our videos please subscribe and share. I fish in Southern California, mostly from the beach in the surf. I'm guessing the green would do pretty good considering it's much darker water than that swimming pool water out in Florida.
You never get international Park you cannot catch one legal size anyways I always throw them back. Everybody redfish are not that smart. We have to protect them. That was a monster you pop nice
I have caught the big reds out there in the past. I would suggest you try catching croakers. Fish a double drop rig with shrimp around Blount island and fill the live well with hand sized croakers. Then just fish the same rig as you are using and fish the side of the channels ….. it’s cheaper and easier than buying or trapping crabs ….
The ramp I usually use is really just poorly designed and too steep. I have to power onto the trailer, then pull the boat on, then back the truck up and pull it on some more. I've talked to others who use that ramp with the same complaint. Is there a better way? I'm afraid to have the bunks too much out of the water (like half or more?). Thoughts? This is a private ramp where I store my boat, so using a different one is not a good solution.
HOws the bluefish population down there? We like to use bluefish for the big kings.considering fishing more tournaments in North fla.trying to learn bait options in the area.
It seems like our run of Bluefish are in the fall or spring. You can catch them in the summer but they aren’t commonly used as bait down here. Guys are more likely to use big blue runners and stuff down here or menhaden on the beach. Are they easy to catch in NC?
For eating size mullet, would you recommend taped or non tapped? Also, where do you get your nets? I'm inland (Augusta, GA) and if you are lucky you can only find 3/8. I'd like I find a good, but economical because I didn't get to the coast to often, 5/8 net. Thank you, and once again, l always enjoy your videos!

Another very good video with great footage. The only question in my mind that I had when starting to watch this video you answered in the video shortly after I thought of it. And I too believe that the red snapper restrictions are much to strong and their numbers are far greater than the "talking heads/biologists" are saying. I am not a salt water fisherman per-se but I do watch a lot of saltwater fishing channels. And those restrictions and the supposed reasons for them are totally laughable. Apparently those "talking heads" never go fishing! lol
Great idea to video the descent. Works better than venting, and I have my doubts about how quickly the air bladder can heal that puncture wound. I attach a 2 lb weight to the descending device, and it's on a very thin 60' rope tied to a boat cleat. Hold the fish by the tail, let it drop. Then I just pull the rope up and let it fall in the boat, waiting for the next drop. The 2 lb weight fits in a rod holder.
