Actually, yes. he did. The gates of heaven were not opened only on the day he died. Sins were not only forgiven on the day he died. He is the way the truth and the light because he IS forgiveness. According to the christian faith, if you truly repent, you are saved. Hey, you know what is a sin, though? one that you people never really seem to repend from? And a super big sin at that. Judging and hating on your neighbours.
This is extremely powerful message that needs to be taught instead of the prosperity gospel. Jesus was not a yes man and did everything that people wanted. He prioritized his time and life to those he deemed important.
Another incredible podcast. My favorite parts and new discoveries were 1 the slow burn approach; to grow in trust and understanding which results in enough walls to come down to safely play in the courtyard. Opose to playing in the courtyard and retroactively placing up walls. 2 everyone has different boundaries for each and every individual. Boundaries are for the betterment of all and not to imply scarcity or fear. Boundaries are healthy and promote growth. 3. Boundaries are a creation from God. Meant to serve and protect us.
Great podcast. I liked the part when you referenced proverbs. On how we should trust in the Lord with all our heart and lean on God's understanding. And seeking the feeling of divine peace, that I feel can only be garnered by submitting to Christ's decision or aligning my heart with Christ and His advice for me. Whether it be through someone in faith or through a revelation.

Psalm 16:9 comes to mind, “A man's heart plans his way, But the LORD directs his steps.” If we are looking to the stars to direct our steps just imagine how much more amazing life would be if we go directly to the source- God, the Creator of the universe, to direct us! The stars or celestial bodies didn’t create us. Astrology can’t tell us why we were created or the plans, and purposes God placed us here on earth for. His plans are so much bigger and greater than we will ever realize ❤ 'For I know the plans I have for you,' declares the Lord, 'plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future. '” - Jeremiah 29:11.
